Would you like to have a conversation with your Angel? . . .

It's easy. First, you need to release your doubts. After all, there has to be a first time for speaking with your Angels and until it has happened, we don't know exactly how to do it. So, most of us have doubts in our ability to try.

Releasing your doubts isn't hard to do. It just takes preparation.

Set aside a time to speak with your Angel, and let her know you are doing this. Now, let's say you've decided on tomorrow at 9 p.m. You have a whole day to think about it, a whole day to
prepare. Here's how you do it.

Every time you have a doubt about meeting with your Angel, it causes a conflict, doesn't it? This causes more doubts, which causes more conflicts. Why not hand each doubt over to your Doubt Angel? Watch as she picks them up and flies away.

If the doubt comes back in your mind, just repeat the process.

Before you know it, all your doubts are gone. And it isn't even 9 p.m. the next day yet. Feel how great it feels to have released everything, how cleansed you feel.

Now, at 9 p.m., sit down and totally relax. Count backwards from 100 to 1.

Sense or focus on your Angel the same way you would if you were talking to your friends. Accept whatever comes out of your mouth when you talk to her, and when you are done speaking, listen.

Now, you may not hear words, but you may see something in your mind. Or you may get a feeling that reminds you of something. Just sit quietly until your Angel has contacted you.

When she does, rejoice. Know that you can do this again and again. ^j^
