Do you have a problem with anger? Do you anger easily? And if so, do you get upset about the fact that you get angry? . . .

It's bad enough that you know you have a problem with anger, but when someone else recognizes that fact it's doubly upsetting, isn't it?

You get angry enough times, people come to expect it. How can you change?

Here is one way:

Let's say you are angry with someone. That person has left and you are still stuck with the residue of anger.

Here's a little exercise that might help.

Sit in a chair and get comfortable. Imagine that person you were angry with is actually there with you again, and he or she is sitting in a chair across from you.

When you are comfortable, look up and see that your Guardian Angel is above you.

In a few minutes, you notice that The other person's Guardian Angel is above them.

Imagine an arch between the two Guardian Angels.

Now, look closely and you will see a Connecting Angel at the top of that arch. If you pay close attention you will notice she is smiling serenely as love radiates from her to your Guardian Angel and to the other person's Guardian Angel. Both Guardian Angels are also smiling serenely.

Watch as that arch glows with love.

Now, watch as it starts to move back and forth, from your Guardian Angel to the Connecting Angel, then on to the other Guardian Angel, then back again. The love is radiating from each as it passes through them, adding more love as it continues the flow.

After you watch it for a while, feel that love come to you, through your Guardian Angel. Feel that love as it starts at the top of your head and slowly flows into your body. As the love grows, feel the peace flow through your body, the peace that passes all understanding.

As you look at the person you were angry with, you notice that the love is flowing into him or her now, also, and radiating out of every part of their body.

Soon, the Connecting Angel slowly disappears, as do the Guardian Angels, as does the person who was at the other end of the arch. All that is left is the beautiful glow of love emanating from every part of your body.

Now, where is your anger? It's gone, isn't it? Wasn't that wonderful?

Of course, maybe now you wonder if that means you won't get angry again.

The answer to that is that we all have free will. Once we figure out that it's better to feel God's love then to be angry at others, that's where our minds will go. First, though, we may have to experience the anger -- and the removal of anger, a few times before we can make that decision automatically.

Always remember that God loves us and that His Angels are here to show us that love. We never have to react to a situation once we realize that we have a choice.

Choose to be a proactive person choosing love, instead of a reactive person choosing anger.

Always remember, it's never too late to choose love. ^j^
