Problem with stress

Do you have a problem with stress? Do you feel irritable much of the time? Do you feel a lack of love in your life? . . .

Sometimes there are days like that. What's a person to do?

It's simple. When we have stressful problems, we need to realize that the problems are of the world.

What does that mean?

The world around us has problems.

But guess what? God doesn't have problems.

When we look at our problems, what do we see? More problems.

When we look at God, what do we see? We see only love.

When we look at the Angels what do we see? We see only love.

Again, when we look at our problems, what do we see? More problems. When we look at God and the Angels, what do we see? Love.

How can we not look at our problems when they seem to be everywhere?

If you feel that way, here is something that might help.

Look around your home, whether it's a tiny apartment or a big house, and what do you see? Well, some will see the problems we just spoke of. Some will see just a house. Some will see memories of better times. No matter what it is that you see, you can change it.

How?

By putting something in every room, in every corner of every room that will remind us of God's love. That something could be an Angel.

I realize you may not have any Angels or you may have just a few, but that doesn't matter. If you run out you can use your imagination.

Now, go to the first corner you see. Look up and visualize your favorite Angel. If you don't have a favorite Angel, that's OK. Just visualize any Angel full of love, floating right up there in the corner of your home.

Now, go to the next corner and put another Angel up in that corner. Watch as she smiles and floats right there. Ready to send you love.

Go to each and every corner and don't leave that corner until you have visualized that Angel well enough to know that you know that you know that she's not going to leave, that she's always there showering down her love. Bless each Angel with your love and give her a special smile each time you think of her.

Don't be afraid to get creative here. You might want a grandmotherly type in one area, a cherubim in another, etc. As long as you can feel the love coming from them, you know they are doing what you are asking them to do -- which is taking away the stress in the room and filling it with love. ^j^
