How To Ground Yourself In God's Love
So You Can Live In the Present With Your Angels

Do you know how to ground yourself in God's love? . . .

Here is one way:

Focus on your breathing as you relax your body, then picture your roots extending down in the earth from the bottoms of your feet and the base of your spine as you sit in a comfortable chair.

When you exhale, imagine releasing any tension in your body, and that tension will go down your roots and back into the earth. The earth will then recycle them into healing energy.

When you are ready, reverse the process and begin to draw energy up from the Earth. Feel the healing and the nourishment as it goes through your body. Breathe softly for a few minutes.

Feel this energy gather at the base of your spine, making you are in tune with your deepest senses of belonging, of safety, of being at home in the world and in your body.

When you are ready, allow the energy to continue flowing up your spine slowly, and then go to every part of your body. Feel the warmth and love as it permeates your body. Continue to slowly breathe, breathing in the love, the warmth, the healing. Breathing out any dis-ease in your body, your mind, your spirit.

As it goes all the way up, see it flowing out of your head, cascading down all around you like a fountain of light, clearing and cleansing your body, balancing and harmonizing your soul.

When you feel comfortable and cleansed, feel all of this energy shooting out of the top of your head, connecting you to all there is. Know that even in the little mouse that crosses the road, God's energy is in all of us. We are connected. God loves each and everything in this universe, and indeed in every universe. ^j^
